Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This Policy explains information handling on smart.marieasgame.com (the "Site"), including game discovery and browser gameplay. "We," "us," and "our" refer to the Site operator. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
1. Information involved when you browse or play
- Technical and usage information. Hosting, delivery, security, and measurement services may receive IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, referring pages, timestamps, usage events, and error information when delivering or measuring the Site.
- Search and navigation information. Where search is offered, searches and navigation may appear in page URLs, logs, or usage measurements. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information in game search.
- Correspondence. When you contact us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and other details you choose to send.
- Game and advertising information. Providers may process technical identifiers, gameplay information, and information you enter into their own features, as described below.
2. Purposes and processing grounds
Information may be used to deliver pages and games, maintain services, remember preferences, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, measure usage where measurement is enabled, deliver and measure advertising, answer requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the activity: providing a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing services, legal obligations, or consent where required. Reading this Policy or browsing the Site does not by itself supply consent for technologies that legally require it.
3. Games and third-party providers
Games may be delivered through our services or loaded from third-party providers. Loading a third-party game can connect your browser to that provider even when the game is displayed inside the Site. The provider may receive your IP address, browser information, and referring page information.
Providers may process gameplay events, multiplayer activity, preferences, identifiers, saves, analytics, advertising, and information entered into their account or payment features. Their own privacy notices and controls apply to their processing. We do not automatically receive all information held by a provider or control its accounts and server-side saves.
Review the provider's privacy information before using optional features or submitting personal details. You can choose not to load a game. Leaving or closing a game does not erase data already stored by a provider.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Depending on enabled services and the games you load, cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies may support delivery and security, remember preferences or progress, measure usage, and deliver or measure ads. Some technologies belong to the Site; others belong to providers or advertisers.
Browser settings let you block or clear cookies and site storage. Restrictions may affect games, and clearing storage may remove progress or preferences. Browser history, cookies, and game saves are separate and may need separate controls. Where a consent or privacy panel is provided, use it to manage the available choices. Consent required for non-essential technologies must be obtained separately from this Policy.
5. Advertising choices
Where Google advertising is enabled, Google and other vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this Site or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to personalize ads using those visits, subject to applicable consent requirements and settings.
Manage Google's personalized advertising through My Ad Center. See Google's partner-site privacy information and Google's Privacy Policy for its practices. Other vendors may use cookies, pixels, or IP addresses for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. Participating vendors offer choices through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool and their own privacy settings.
Choices may depend on your browser, device, region, and provider. Opting out of personalized ads does not necessarily remove advertisements or all measurement and fraud-prevention activity. Advertising within a game may be managed separately by its provider.
6. Recipients and international processing
Hosting, delivery, security, measurement, and support providers may process information needed for their services. Games and advertisers may receive information directly from your browser under their own notices. We may disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights and safety, or resolve a dispute.
Providers may process information in other countries with different privacy laws; applicable transfer safeguards are required where the law calls for them. Technical identifiers may still relate to identifiable users even without a player account.
7. Retention and security
Information under our control is retained for the time needed for its purpose, including handling requests, maintaining security, and satisfying legal requirements. Retention depends on the information and applicable obligations. Providers apply their own retention practices.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to information under our control, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information in a support message or through a game.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related sharing. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy authority.
Send requests about information under our control to [email protected], including the Site domain and request details. We may need proportionate information to verify your entitlement and locate a record. Legal exceptions may apply. Contact a game or advertising provider directly for data it controls.
9. Children and family use
Some games may appeal to children. Parents and guardians should review games, provider privacy practices, and advertising before permitting play. Children should not submit personal information without permissions required by applicable law. Parental supervision does not replace legally required parental consent.
If you believe we received personal information from a child under 13, or another applicable local age threshold, without required authorization, contact [email protected]. We will review the report and take appropriate steps, including deletion of information under our control where required.
10. Policy updates
We may revise this Policy when services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required. Read our Terms of Use for access rules and About Us for a Site introduction.
